Easiest route from Bratislava Airport to Hotel Capri, Vienna

I am visiting Vienna, flying into Bratislava airport with Sky Europe. They don%26#39;t seem to have a shuttle service to Vienna anymore. We are staying at Hotel Capri, Praterstrate 44-46 1020 Wien. Our party is made up of 2 adults %26amp; 2 children. Can anyone advise on the most direct %26amp; cost effective route, bearing in mind travelling with children and the fact that we have to check in at 7.00am approx for our departure. Hope somebody can help.

Getting to Vienna is not that hard: There is a regular bus-service by the Austrian railway-bus company %26quot;Postbus%26quot;, which goes to %26quot;Südtirolerplatz%26quot; in Vienna, from where you can directly take the underground line U1 to %26quot;Nestroyplatz%26quot;, from where its just about 200 m to your hotel.

Here is the link to that bus:

Getting back will be harder, the first bus only leaves Vienna at 08:00 AM, and needs min. 1 hour to Bratislava, most times even more.

You could try trains, but you would have to exchange at least once (and calculate approx. 1,5 - 2h) in Vienna to get to Bratislava City, and I don´t know how you would get to the airport from there ...

These taxi companies from Vienna offer reasonably priced transfers to Bratislava at a fixed rate of € 69, with pick-up from your hotel, probably the most comfortable form, but hav eto be ordered at least 24h in advance:

Thanks for your help. I think I%26#39;ll try the taxi option.

Can you offer me some suggestions of what I should try to cram in during my stay. We will have some time on Saturday evening from 7pm approx and all day Sunday %26amp; Monday. Our children are aged 12 %26amp; 8 and want them to have a memorable visit. Where are the best views of Vienna at night, I%26#39;ve read that the Ferris wheel is not so great, what about Danube Tower? Are the concerts more suited to adults? Also would you advise us to get a travel pass.
