Can anybody suggest a good place to celebrate New Years Eve in Vienna, travelling with a Teenager aged 15, couple of 30/40 somethings and 60+ year old?

Vienna is the New Years eve party capital of the continet, you will see music and dancing and partying all across the street all night, the city is expecting around 700.000 guests for the party this year ...
I think Rathausplatz, the square in fron tof the city hall is one of the nicest places to be at midnight, it is not as extremely loud as Stephansplatz, and also a bit safer, as the combination of drunken party-people and fireworks can turn Stefansplatz into a mayhem for itself ! You will have great fun, promised !
