Skiing in Austria in March

Hi there

Just wanted some advice on snow conditions/hotel for Austria...

We are looking to go either 1st or 8th March for week (probably Niederau/Oberau) - is there plenty of snow at that time?

Also if anyone can recommend a hotel, am currently looking at Tirolerhof in Oberau, Sonnschein (Niederau) or Simmerlwirt (Niederau).

Any comments gratefully received

No, I do not think that in the Niederau area will be enough snow then - of course you never know...but to be sure I would opt for skiing areas on a higher elevation of with a glacier nearby as:

Obertauern

Ischgl

Arlberg area

Soelden
