Hotel Query...Travellling with a 1 year Old

Really hope you can help with another accomodation query.

We are travelling to Vienna just before Christmas and will be travelling with our 1 year old. I am looking for a hotel that has a really good breakfast/decent sized rooms/local restaurants but also really centrally located where we can walk most places (Christmas Markets included, am thinking travelling on Metro/Trams with a pram might be difficult?).

I am thinking of either the K+K Hotel Maria Theresia (not in 1010) or Le Méridien Vienna (which is but the breakfast isnt great) as they both recieved great reivews and are modern hotels, which appeals to me.

Do you think I should choose one of these, or would you have a better suggestion?

Many thanks in advance.

Both hotels you mentioned are good ones - other options (although I do not know your budget):

all of them are in central location of 1st district and offer best standard and breakfast! Many restaurants nearby as well.

Thanks for the information.

The Hollage looks like a great option and they have availability, think we may go for that!

Many thanks

The Hollmann is really nice and in best location -

only 2 minues from the St. Stephan´s Cathedral or the tram stop for the lines 1-2 which circle the Ring and will take you f.e. directly to the Christmas Markets! Also only 2 minutes to the subway station for going to Schoenbrunn Castle.

It is no problem travelling by tram or subway with the baby.

Just opposite of the hotel there is a gourmet food market/supermarket where you can buy food and sandwiches as well as fruit, drinks, ...
