Be aware that there is a strike going on at the DB - so be prepared that many trains will be late and not be leaving/arriving on time! in some areas yu will have to change into buses.
Especially those arriving at Munich airport and going to Austria will be affected - maybe also look for alternative transfer.

To avoid misunderstandings - it will effect train travel within germany and those trains going from Germany to Austria, but not the train travel within Austria.
