Help finding a cottage in Austria for xmas - new Years

Hi there we are trying to book a cottage from the 22nd Dec (flexible) until the 1st Jan. All the websites that i have been on only allow you to book from a saturday to a saturday (one week) and we need 10 days accomodation!We would also like to ski..thank you sharon

many hotels, chalets, pensions, etc. will only book week stays during busy periods such as Hoildays and high ski season.

This allows them to maximize income and not be left with empty accomodations for odd periods - thus the Saturday - sundy weekly rental.

You start very late to begin a search for a place but look at the following

There is also the Almdorf Seinerzeit - there are no rustic cottages, but luxury ones - maybe have a look:
