No, it is not centrally located and not in the nicest area of town.

Did you see the reviews on the Tripasvisor...? It seems to be really bad...

Ulrike gives you good advice- reviews alone enough to look elsewhere - plus not a good location -

perhaps a cheap price for good reasons
