Bratislava Airport to Vienna

Hi,

Can anyone advise please?

My wife and I are visiting Vienna next month and we will be arriving at Bratislava Airport (via Sky Europe). After being informed by the airline when we booked our flights that a shuttle bus service would be available through them, we have now discovered that they have now discontinued the service.

We belive that there is a shuttle bus from the airport to Vienna operated by Blaguss. Has anyone used this service? Is it reliable?

As an alternative, how much would a taxi cost from the airport to Vienna (we are staying at the Nordbahn).

Rosenov cabs offers transfers from Bratislava airport to Vienna for € 69 for one transfer or € 125 if you let them drive you back there for departure as well:

Regarding the bus:

There is an hourly bus between Bratislava airport and the underground station %26quot;Südtirolerplatz%26quot; in Vienna, tickets are € 9 oneway or € 16 return, it is run in cooperation between the Austrian Railways buscompany %26quot;Postbus%26quot; and the Slovakian Eurolines partner SAD, and eventhough I havent used it myself so far, it looks trustable, more infos here:

There is also a bus by Eurolines / Blaguss leaving from their bus-terminal neat the undergroundstation of %26quot;Erdberg%26quot;, their busses go 8 times daily, tickets are € 10 oneway or € 20 return.

Your hotel is directly at the undergroundstation %26quot;Nestroyplatz%26quot;, which is the same line as the one at %26quot;Südtirolerplatz%26quot;, so the first busline is probably the better connection.
