Train Confusion!

We will be visiting Vienna in April ( first trip to Europe) We%26#39;re thinking about also visiting Prague and Kitzbuhel. I%26#39;m confused about the different train options. We%26#39;d like to I would like to take the quickest 1st class train available but I can%26#39;t seem to find any information on a train from Vienna to Kitzbuhel. I know Vienna to Prague is a common route---which is the fastest train to Prague. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you investigated the Austrian Rail website ?

www.oebb.at

just insert departing and arrival cities.

Numerous trains daily to Prague- you can see which one is best for your schedule.

For Kitz - need to make a change of trains - longer to there than to Prague

one way ticket about 48 euro.

Most will advise you that First class is not worth added cost - example to Vienna -Kitz is about 80 euro.

Make sure that you use the correct spelling at the OeBB website: Kitzbühel or Kitzbuehel, not Kitzbuhel. People can understand what you mean but the software cannot.

Thanks so much for the helpful information. And yes, I was using the Kitzbuhel spelling, which I now know is the reason I couldn%26#39;t find a train!
